This home sale was complicated by the fact we live in San Antonio, TX and the home to be sold was in Edmond, OK. It was imperative that communication between Anna, the buyers and ourselves be timely and precise...and it was! She was available, by phone, at all times of the day and night, to help answer all our questions. She provided excellent follow-up after each step of the selling process, from the buyer's negotiations' to the actual sale closure. She walked us through the paperwork, page by page, via phone. We had not sold a house long distant before, so we really appreciated her time and patience with us. Anna never once made us feel we were bothering her or that we were less than knowledgeable about selling our home. She also helped us with comp numbers, home price values and alternatives on selling our property. We valued her advice and honesty regarding the home sale. Did we get the monetary price we had hoped for? No, but as home sellers, I doubt there are few who ever get exactly what they dream of.
